What are the standards?
These standards cover the core principles of healthcare delivery including patient safety, quality improvement, leadership, governance and effective management, developing staff and managing risk. Clients can develop bespoke packages of standards that reflect the individual services provided by their organisation, enabling them to focus specifically on services which may be of concern. Services across boundaries can also be assessed giving a view of patients and their pathway of care.
