The 2013 award winners were announced on Tuesday 30 April at the magnificent Middle Temple Hall in central London. An audience of over 200 guests including leaders from across the NHS and independent healthcare sector, the NHS Commissioning Board and royal colleges came together to celebrate achievements over the past year.
Award winners included The Whittington Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for providing a safe hospital environment for patients, Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for quality of care and Guy's and Thomas' Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for excellence in its care of patients with dementia.
